🚨 Robot Dog Shot

A Boston Dynamics SPOT robot, named Roscoe, was shot three times during a police operation in Massachusetts, marking a significant incident that underscores the benefits of using mobile robots in tactical missions.

The robot, which was part of a bomb squad tracking a suspect, was found in a basement with gunshot wounds inflicted by a rifle.

Despite the damage to its dented metal shell and stripped paint, Roscoe successfully fulfilled its duty, preventing potential harm to the police officers on site.

The robot was later sent to Boston Dynamics for bullet removal, with the company expressing relief that the robot was the only casualty.
